The hotel has nice and friendly staff, but the rooms are very noisy due to some vent issues, which I found disturbing. The room only had one chair, which was a downside, but overall it was a decent stay.

My stay at the hotel was mostly pleasant. The rooms were spotless, although there was a strange cigarette smoke smell in the bedroom that didn't disappear, and the AC was very good, just a little noisy. The service was efficient but seemed to be influenced by other hotels for commissions. The location was beautiful, but the hotel was a bit spooky, despite being in front of the Hyatt. The dining options were limited to sandwiches during my stay. The facilities were average. Overall, a decent stay with some minor drawbacks.
